It’s way later than I should admit. But it was an incredibly full day, and there there were all sorts of Christmas odds and ends to tie up. And I’ve realized lately that if I don’t post right away, it never gets done.
So here it is. A glimpse of a very fun and full Christmas Eve. We enjoyed a Christmas Around the World church service this morning followed by a few very cold games of flag football for our Annual Jingle Bowl. Then, tonight we enjoyed two Christmas Eve Services that were beautiful and serene and candle lit. As I said before, it was overall an amazing day and here are a few shots of what it looked like:
We enjoyed updates and videos from many of our missionaries around the world, including the Caprari’s who are currently serving in Tanzania. John is a dear friend and grew up in our Youth Group and we could not be more proud of the amazing work he and his beautiful wife Naomi are doing for Jesus.
Don’t be deceived… This Jingle Bowl was COLD! But these brave souls didn’t seem to mind too much.
Sure, he looked pretty awesome this morning and then this evening when he preached at both Christmas services. But neither outfit could complete with the all out Christmas Class that he proudly wore for the Jingle Bowl.
And that about wraps up some snapshots from our day. Merry, Merry Christmas Eve dear friends! And have a very Merry Christmas tomorrow (today) too!
Thank yo to your whole family for being so special to me and our whole church
Merry Christmas
