This post is for the moms. I’m writing, so excited to share that there is a group coming to Eastport this fall, and it’s just for you.
It’s for the moms, coming out of an amazing summer, ready for fall and school and schedules to start up again.
It’s for new moms…
And for the experienced moms.
It’s for moms of girls…
And moms of boys.
It’s for moms of many…
And it’s for the moms, loving every minute of what they do.
It’s for the moms of kids in elementary school
Because Eastport has many wonderful ones. Oh, and just so you know, it’s also for the moms from everywhere else too.
And to be honest, it’s for the moms, who feel alone. Or overwhelmed. Or worried. Or stressed. It’s for all of us who have every felt that way, because our hands and our schedules are too full. It’s for anyone who’s ever needed to know that they weren’t the only ones going through challenging times.
Yes, moms, this group is for you. Moms group (simply stated, because that’s all we need) will meet each Sunday at Eastport Bible Church at 11:00am. We’ll join together, learn more about ourselves and Jesus, who loves us so much. It will be an environment of love and support and learning. Bring your families, childcare is provided. While you’re getting filled and refreshed and encouraged, your children will get the same things. From nursery ages through high school, there is a class for every age. And Dads are most certainly welcome too. Chances are, they might want to check out other classes, which will also be offered at this time.
Mark your calendars! Moms group starts, September 7th, 2014 at 11:00am at Eastport Bible Church, right next to Eastport Elementary. You can drop your kids off for their classes, which will meet at the church. Moms group will meet right after at the Elementary School. I’m facilitating this group, so if you have any questions at all, please feel free to message or email me: lauraherr8@gmail.com and I would be happy to help in any way that I can. Also, if you know you will be joining us and want to message me to let me know, that would be amazing too. Thanks so much and I hope to see many of you there!
Hi Laura. You and your family are so amazing. I often wonder how you do it all. Both you and Jeremy are always spending your time giving so much to our kids in the community and the adults as well. I am looking forward to your Moms Group. I could sure use some advice on raising 4 children and “keeping it together”. Thank you! Nancy Belano
