Today, was the first day of VBS at Eastport Bible Church. And I got to spend my morning with some pretty amazing kids. From 9:00am to 12:00 noon, we hung out, sang songs, saw an awesome skit, played games, had a snack and told kids that Jesus loved them so incredibly much. We are doing the same thing, every morning at Eastport Bible Church for the rest of the week. Just a few things to know, if your child is participating in VBS this week. First of all, it’s not too late to join us! If you have a child, that finished Pre-K through 6th Grade this past year, this is for them. We still have four more amazing days of fun and would love to have new friends join us. Secondly, save the date, because we will finish up with a VBS Closing Ceremony on Friday night at 7:00pm. Apparently, Fourth Grade Boys are nearly impossible to get a picture of. This was my best effort. I’ll try again tomorrow.
The Fifth and Six Graders hung out here today. They enjoyed pool time in addition to their other VBS activities. It’s a fun perk of being one of the big kids. We had an amazing group and cannot wait to see them again tomorrow.
