It’s eleven fifty five here. It’s been a long, amazing, challenging day and I’ll be getting up in a mere six hours to do it all over again. I’m exhausted and excited at the same time, because God has been doing great things here.
Today, both of our groups participated in Kids Games. I have beautiful pictures to share, but my camera cord is buried and my battery is almost dead, so they will have to wait till tomorrow.
I’m posting tonight, thinking of the parents of our group. Again, just so you know, your kids are fine. Well, fine and not fine. Because while they are in good health, and eating all sorts of good Costa Rican food, they are also being challenged. There have been times they have been uneasy, being out of their comfort zone. They are working hard, and gaining character. And at times, it might not be totally fine, but trust me when I say, it’s totally good. They are growing and learning, more about themselves and more about God. And it’s a beautiful thing.
